Torment and Anguish: A Realm Born of Hatred and Despair.
The hell realm is a place of intense suffering and torment, where beings endure pain and anguish. In Buddhist psychology, this realm represents the consequences of hatred, anger, and harmful actions. It’s a state of mind filled with overwhelming fear and despair, where escape seems impossible. The suffering in this realm is a powerful reminder of the destructive power of negative emotions. However, it also teaches that even in the darkest places, there is the potential for change. By understanding the roots of our suffering, we can begin to cultivate compassion and seek a path toward liberation and peace.
